Boy Scout Troop 765, Jackson, Wisconsin is a member of the Kettle Country District, Bay Lakes Council, Boy Scouts of America. The troop is chartered by the Jackson Firefighters Association in Jackson, Wisconsin. We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:45pm at the Jackson Fire Department Community Room. The Boy Scouts plan the meetings, the annual calendar, and run a great patrol method scouting program.

The Troop in the Community

Troop 765 works closely with Cub Scout Pack 3787 in Jackson to help them run their Cub Scout program. For example, each year the troop attends a fall campout with the cub scouts, cooks for them, and runs programming all day saturday including rank advancement, fun and games, and a campfire.

 


Recent Events

Gardner Dam Summer Camp

Troop 765 went to Gardner Dam Scout Camp this year. As usual, the staff was excellent. Aquatics was refreshing, climbing with Jamon was a blast, and the new shooting sports area is a huge improvement. We had 13 scouts earn 33 merit badges and had an "A" campsite rating. We had 5 adult leaders helping us out and attended with Troop 731 from Slinger.
